Launching Ramp Rules

  • All boats to be launched or hauled from the water must do so within 2 hours before and 2 hours after high tide.
  • A valid boat registration must be shown before launching any boat.
  • Port Chester residents are permitted to launch in the Spring and haul in the Fall with no charges. (NO DAILY OR WEEKLY LAUNCHING) all trailers and vehicles must leave club property after launching or hauling.
  • Boats being moored at the Village Marina are afforded the same launching and hauling privileges as village residents.
  • Due to safety reasons no launching or hauling of Personal Watercraft (Sea Doos, Wet Bikes, Jet Skis) is permitted.
  • Exceptions to the above rules may be made in an emergency situation or if a boat must be hauled for repairs.
  • The Port Chester Yacht Club reserves the right to refuse anyone launching privileges at the club if the equipment they are using appears to be unsafe or inadequate to support the boat being launched.
  • The Port Chester Yacht Club assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred to boat, trailer, or vehicle while using launch ramp.
